This trailer has 18.7 feet of space from inside rear gate to bath room wall, (not 22 as stated above)Living area is around 23 ft .

The living space has a full bath room with a full size shower and electric grinding toilet and a vanity sink. The living area includes a leather lounge,sony color tv, a vcr,dvd,am/fm stereo radio and a roof mounted dish.A full size bed and unit sleeps 4 very comfortable. The kitchen has a micro wave a ref. and freezer, instant hot water, sink. There is plenty of storage.The garage has a diesel generator and plenty of like new cabinets.Also equipped with a 80 galon fresh water tank.The tailgate on this trailer is stainless.It also has a roof deck with built in ladder.
